Unlike grilling on a rack, grilling with a skewer is healthier because the constant rotation prevents the food from touching the fire. The rotation of the skewer prevents burning and ensures a crispy crust.
A pair of chrome-plated steel tongs is available, with which the food is fixed on the skewer with clamps. The clamps are suitable for all types of skewers (square, hexagonal, round). The clamps can be used for 5 and 11 mm diameter barbecue skewers.
The short needles, about 8 cm long, are 7 cm apart; the 11 cm long needles are 8 cm apart.
