The terrace is not impregnated, so it is recommended to treat the wood immediately. Re-maintenance is recommended as needed, but every 2 years. However, we must not forget that wood is a living material, so it is natural that it changes (shrinks, expands) with changes in temperature and humidity. The change in the color and structure of the wood depends on the living conditions of the wood and does not affect its quality.
