When choosing from our product range for public/institutional playground applications, it must be taken into account that the critical fall height (HIC) of the rubber covering is the same as the free fall height of the playground equipment ( according to MSZ EN 1176-1) or greater. Our products have a certificate of conformity according to the MSZ EN 1177:2008 standard, the HIC values ​​are valid when installed on a concrete base!

The inspection of the rubber covers is carried out by TÜV Rheinland Hungária Kft. and carried out by TÜV SÜD KERMI Kft.

Rivet and half elements are not available, as the rubber cover can easily be cut to size with a hand saw. The bottom layer of our "B1" type 60mm rubber sheet products has a cleat design, thanks to which there are drainage channels in it, which ensure a stronger fit with the substructure.

In order to prevent the rubber sheets from moving, two sides (in the case of a separate order) are provided with 4 - 4 holes with a diameter of 6 mm. They can be connected with the plastic connecting pins that can be ordered (not included in the purchase price), or by row shifting. The attached figure shows their correct form of deposition.

This rubber covering product is not UV stable, its color gradually darkens under strong sunlight, but its other properties do not change. If this is a problem, we recommend using colored UV-stable EPDM rubber sheets instead!
