In today's fast-paced world, the desire to return to nature has become our instinctive reaction, which is why the demand for holiday homes is increasing. 

The impregnation increases the wood's resistance to mold, fungi and insects, making the house more durable. The mobile home has a natural brown color, but you can also paint it any color you like. The durability of the impregnation can be up to 15 years, but we recommend updating and maintaining it every 2 years.
However, we must not forget that wood is a living material, so it is natural that it changes (shrinks, expands) with changes in temperature and humidity. The change in the color and structure of the wood depends on the living conditions of the wood and does not affect its quality.

We recommend that you paint the house both inside and outside. 
The painting surface of the whole house is 102 m², for this you will need:

• approx. For 18 liters of glaze,
• or about 10 liters of wood impregnation primer and 15 liters of wood care oil.

Roof structure covered with 12 mm thick tar paper, the size of the roof surface is 19 m². The size of the roof surface will be useful when purchasing roofing material. 

The set does not include the floor. For this model, 5 pcs of 3 nm floor package required.
